The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) Pension Towers commission carried a high-value institutional building in Nairobi CBD from structural design through construction supervision to completion. Eng. Maxwell Shoni held firm oversight and supervision; Eng. Enos Nyagwage was structural design team lead.
The work demonstrates the firm's structural discipline at scale: a tall reinforced-concrete building delivered with supervision records suitable for an institutional client and its auditors, and carried through to handover.
This building was opened by His Excellency Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta C.G.H., President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, on 26th May 2022.
